History of our Community

 

DR Horton is the Developer of our beautiful community, and construction commenced early in 2018 with the first closing to occur in August of 2018.  The community will boast 422 homes at build out with a beautiful entry monument, pickle ball court, pool and walking trails.

Located in the heart of the City of Myrtle Beach, we access desired real estate assets of public water, sewer, trash and recyclables collection and public safety (police, fire and rescue); and are within minutes of top-rated medical facilities, grocery stores, schools and Myrtle Beach international airport.

 

Management

 

Under the direction and at the discretion of the Meridian Community Association, Inc.'s  Board of Directors, Meridian is professionally managed by Ponderosa Management, LLC, located at 2584 S. Hwy 17 Business, Murrells Inlet, SC  29576.  Office Hours are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, and closed from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch.  The office number is 843-651-1040 for normal business hours.  For after hours property damage emergencies, please call 843-497-3480.
